What Is Hadlock Days?

Hadlock Days is a community event that delivers fun for the whole family, and builds relationships in our community.

Saturday (NOTE: ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE)
Hot Laps and Time-ins begin at 9:30am Check-ins and inspections to follow Driver's Meeting at 12:30 Races from 2PM to 6PM, Trophies to follow

Sunday (NOTE: ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE) Time-ins and inspection 9:30 am, Races from 11AM to 3PM, Trophies to follow

Event Schedule

Friday July 10th
Salmon Bake at the Hadlock House from 5PM to 8PM cost $14.00 There will also be hamburgers and hotdogs available Free Live Music!!

Saturday, July 11th
-Parade 11AM to noon

-Lawnmower Racing 12PM-4PM

-Vendors 10AM-5PM

-Raffle at 4PM

Sunday, July 12th

-Lawnmower Racing 10AM-2PM

-Classic Car Show 11AM-2PM
-Vendors 10AM-3PM

-Raffle at 3PM
-Music 1PM-3PM

Our meetings are currently held on Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the Just Ask Rental Center at 972 Ness Corner Road, in the meeting room. Please bring all of your suggestions and ideas that will encourage community interaction and communication.
